I’m joining our District’s Public Image team as Erin’s vice chair and look forward to getting to know and work with each of you this upcoming year. We have some important deadlines coming up this Friday October 31 regarding Gold/ Platinum Citation points and Zones 33/34 EPIC tasks status. Of the 60+ clubs in our District, one club has reported completing Task 1/ July’s task of performing a Public Image Audit of their club. Please note that these PI tasks are designed to aid in organizing and facilitating the duties of the Public Image Chair while enhancing your club’s public image. Complete each month’s tasks to earn higher year-end citation level recognitions as follows:
Platinum*: Complete 9-10 tasks
Gold*: Complete 7-8 tasks
Silver: Complete 5-6 tasks
Bronze: Complete 3-4 tasks
*To achieve Platinum or Gold recognition, your club must have completed the first three monthly tasks (i.e. July, August, and September).
Your club still can achieve Silver or Bronze citations even if you missed any of the first three tasks. Please let me know what questions you may have or if I may help in any way. Have a great day!
