Early Registration for RYLA 2025 is $350.00 per student and ends November 22, 2024
Regular Registration for RYLA 2025 is November 23, 2024 – February 28, 2025 cost is $400.00 per student.
LATE REGISTRATION IS PERMITTED UNTIL APRIL 30. THE COST IS $450 per student
Last day to cancel Registration without penalty (full refund) is March 3, 2025

STUDENT Registration for RYLA 2025 Opens February 1, 2025 & closes on April 30, 2025.

Important information regarding Rotary Club & Student registration 2025: What’s the cost for RYLA 2025?

(Cost includes: all accommodations, all meals, program materials, transportation to off-site
locations during conference, conference t-shirt, activity costs, and RYLA Achievement Award).

$350.00 per student (Early Registration pricing ends November 22, 2024)
November 22 – February 28, 2025: Registration cost is $400 per student
LATE REGISTRATIONS will be accepted until April 30, 2025. The cost is $450 per student

The Last Day for a CLUB to register (reserve spots for students) is April 30, 2025
For Rotary Clubs, a full (100% refund) will be issued if you cancel by March 3, 2025

From March 3 until April 30, clubs may substitute a student, however no refunds can be given.

 Registration Process:

  1. FIRST: RESERVE YOUR “SPOTS”
  2. Rotary Clubs, please fill out your club registration form and mail (with your check) to: District 6920 RYLA – 4404 Glynco Parkway, Brunswick, GA 31525
  3. Payment is required at time of CLUB Registration. The date that the registration form and payment is received determines the cost. Clubs will usually commit to sponsoring a student or multiple students BEFORE making selections and having specific Student information available.  (By handling it in this way, the RYLA committee can work on plans and logistics, based on number of registrations received, BEFORE students are identified and completely registered. This also allows later focus on Student Registration – which is a large & complicated process.)
  4. Once we receive registrations and payment from a CLUB for RYLA 2025, the club will still need to register the specific student(s) being sponsored.  It is the club’s responsibility to make sure students are registered.
  5. Last day for a STUDENT to register and submit all required consents/forms is April 30, 2025.

  7. For Rotary Clubs, a full [100% refund] will be issued if you cancel by March 3, 2025. Please contact Brian Weese as soon as possible if your club decides not to participate in RYLA after registering or if a student cancels and the club wishes to substitute a student. Beginning March 3, 2025 no refunds will be granted, however clubs may still substitute a student until April 30,2025. This refund & substitution policy will be strictly enforced.
  8. For Parents & Students, it is your responsibility to inform your Rotary sponsor if you/your child can no longer attend. No refund will be issued if a student cancels after March 3, 2025.
  9. If a student can no longer attend, the club may find a replacement to replace your registration. Replacements, along with all completed registration forms and consents, must be sent to Brian Weese no later than April 30, 2025 (no exceptions will be made after this date).
  10. Club Refund requests must be sent to D6920 RYLA c/o Brian Weese no later than March 3,  Again, NO REFUNDS will be granted after March 3, 2025. rotaryd6920.Ryla@gmail.com
  11. The various consents and forms required by BOTH Rotary and the College of Coastal Georgia – including the Code of Conduct – must be filled out during registration by the student and their parent/ guardian. VERY IMPORTANT DETAILS:

RYLA 2025: Students must arrive between 10am and 12 noon on Wednesday, June 11.

DO NOT PLAN TO ARRIVE AFTER 12 NOON. The program ends at Noon on Saturday June 14. Student departures must be concluded by noon. Sponsoring clubs are responsible for student drop- off and pick-up. Clubs should know who is transporting their students to and from RYLA. Students should not plan to depart RYLA prior to the Awards celebration. Failure to complete the program will result in forfeiture of your Certificate of Achievement.

July 1, 2024

Registration OPENS for Rotary Club, RYLA 2024 Registration – Cost is $350 per student

November 22, 2024

Registration cost increases to $400 per student

March 1 – April 30, 2025

LATE REGISTRATION cost is $450 per student

Club Registration Closes April 30. This is the last day Clubs may Register ‘spots’ for RYLA 2025. Club Registration form and check MUST be received by this date. April 30 is ALSO the deadline for STUDENT registrations to be complete – Please do not wait until the last moment!!

February 1, 2025

STUDENT Registration Opens. This is the first day Students selected by a Registered Rotary Club may submit their Registration information (completed consents and forms required by Rotary and by the College of Coastal Georgia).

April 30, 2025

Last day on which Students may submit completed registration, consents and other required forms. Failure to meet this deadline will result in removal from RYLA 2024. Clubs may not after this date substitute another student, nor will they be given a refund of their registration fee.

June 11 (Wednesday)

RYLA 2025 begins (Students Must Arrive between 10am and 12 Noon). The Program begins at 12:30pm.

June 14 (Saturday)

RYLA 2025 Program ends at Noon. Following an Awards Celebration and Brunch, students will depart the campus by noon.
